ORDERS

CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURNS
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are unhappy with your product, or it is found to be faulty, defective or unwanted, then we offer the following by way of cancellation or returns.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date on which the products were delivered to you.
To cancel your order within this ‘cooling-off period’, you should notify us in writing (email or post) clearly stating that you are returning your item. Your item should then be returned to the return address printed on your parcel without delay. To meet the 14 day cooling-off period, it is sufficient enough to confirm your return in writing within those 14 days.
The item must be returned to us in its original condition, with the packaging unopened. You will bear the cost of returning your item to us.
EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order in accordance to these terms and conditions, we will reimburse all payments received by you in respect of the returned products.
We may make a deduction in the reimbursement for any loss in value of any products supplied. Please note that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products from you, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the products back to us. We will the reimburse you within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used to complete the initial transaction.
We may have to cancel your order before it is delivered due to factors beyond our control, or in the event of unavailable stock. We will contact your promptly using the contact details you supplied if this is the case. If we have to cancel an order and you have paid in advance for the products which are then not delivered to you, we will ensure these amounts are refunded to you.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT
We take great pride in offering top quality products. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to solve any problems. We are under a legal obligation to supply products which conform with the contract. Therefore, if products delivered are not of satisfactory quality, or do not conform to the description provided, you are within your rights to cancel and obtain a refund within the cooling-off period.
DELIVERY
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery once you have received your order confirmation. We are unable to confirm a time for your delivery. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
When placing an order on our website, you may leave special requirements or order comments (for example, to leave your parcel with a neighbour). We will follow these requirements at your own risk.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
