The three players were able to complete all remaining fixtures without reporting any problems with muscle cramping one player even scored a crucial equaliser in the 98th minute of a game.

“I am the leading female driver for GB Bobsleigh, currently working towards competing at the next Olympic games. A typical training day will start with watching video feedback from the day before so I have my correction fresh in my mind. 

I walk the track with my coach to mentally prepare to go on the ice. I then warm up and train on the ice which is usually 2-3 heats per day. Either before or after sliding I will have physical training, sprinting or gym work. In May this year I ran the South Downs 100km, used Cellular Fitness throughout and it prevented me from cramping and kept my legs feeling fresh even over the brutal terrain. I personally have always suffered from dehydration during and after sport, particularly during a race weekend. This manifests itself in many ways with the most prevalent of these being fatigue both physical and mental coupled with muscle aches. After testing HYDRATE 78 myself, I recognised less dehydration after intense kettlebell or Crossfit sessions and better recovery status in the morning.

We heard about HYDRATE 78 via Danny Webb who coaches and trains Ethan on his motorbike within the Michael Laverty Race Academy. Ethan has been racing since he was 6 years old and is now progressing further in his future career to become a professional motorbike rider.
